Voice of Associate Participation Update

Yakoke to all who have participated in the 2024 Voice of Associate survey already. Currently, we are at 63% of overall participation with over 7,500 associates sharing their feedback (see below for breakdown of participation by division).

You can help us reach our goal and unlock the chance to win big by participating in the 2024 Voice of Associate survey and spreading the word! Please use your Kronos number as the survey code when prompted. Our 2024 Voice of Associate giveaway is based on whether CNO reaches our participation goals this year:

• Goal One: Ten associates selected at random win a $500 prize when we reach 75% participation in the survey.
• Goal Two: One associate selected at random wins a $1,000 prize when we reach 80% participation in the survey.
