Big Changes for Employee Prescription Program
Published on: March 27, 2025
Choctaw Nation Health Services is upgrading their electronic health records system to Epic. This is going to give CNHSA patients the ability to use the MyChart app to manage their healthcare. The change will be happening on April 5, 2025.
Associates will also be using MyChart for their Employee Health and Employee Prescription Program (EPP) management! In MyChart, associates will be able to see lab results, request medication refills, and view health records from CNHSA or other providers using Epic at their fingertips.
In order to transfer to the new computer system, CNHSA asks for your patience over the next several weeks. When you request refills now through April 5, you are encouraged to request the refill five days prior to the last fill date to avoid any potential delays.
If you are a tribal member, you’ll receive a personalized invitation to join MyChart via text, email, or printed secure link after a regular clinic visit. If you are not a tribal member, to get connected with MyChart, you can call the helpline after April 5 to get a link sent to you via text or email. If you need to order medications before your next visit, please contact 866-367-4084, option 5 for assistance.
The myCNHSA app will be moving to a read-only mode on April 3. If you have records you would like to make note of within the app, screenshot or write them down before April 5, 2026, at which point the app will be terminated.
Remember, you won’t have access until after April 5, 2025.
