2025 CNO Benefits Microsite Is Now Live

In preparation of the 2025 Annual Benefits Enrollment period, the 2025 CNO Benefits microsite is now live. CNO will not mail benefits handbooks to your personal address this year. Instead, all the information you need to know will be available on the CNO Benefits microsite (not part of Hoshonti). This microsite includes the following information:
- 2025 Benefits Guide
- Schedule of 2025 Open Enrollment Q&A Virtual Meetings
- Instructions on how to enroll
The 2025 Annual Benefits Enrollment for CNO associates occurs from Monday, Oct. 21, to Sunday, Nov. 10, 2024. Please see the following information regarding Open Enrollment this year:
Review Your Current Elections
- You are not required to re-enroll for 2025, unless you want to continue or enroll in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Pet Partner’s Pet Insurance. If you don’t want to make changes to your current benefit elections, you will be automatically re-enrolled into the CNO insurance plan in which you currently participate.
- Plan information such as plan pricing and names have changed. Please review your current elections and ensure you are enrolled in the correct plan that meets your coverage needs for 2025.
- Effective Jan. 1, 2025, the “Select Plan” will be referred to as “Base Plan” and the “Choice Plan” will be referred to as “Buy-Up Plan.”
- You should review and update any relevant dependent or beneficiary information prior to the enrollment period.
- When updating any personal information, please do not create duplicate entries.
- To update dependent/beneficiary information in Hoshonti: Go to Me > Benefits > Before you Enroll
Updates to Life Events and/or Personal Information in Hoshonti:
- In preparation for the enrollment period, please ensure all contact information is updated in Hoshonti to receive important information related to your 2025 Annual Benefits Enrollment.
- Updates to personal information and/or Life Events should be performed before Saturday, Oct. 12, as this can impact Open Enrollment preparations in Hoshonti.
- No Life Events such as marriage, adoption, divorce, etc. may be reported starting Monday, Oct. 21 to Sunday, Nov. 10.
