The 2025 Annual Benefits Enrollment is officially underway

. You can enroll or make changes to your current benefits plan now until Sunday, Nov. 10, 2024.

Where to Get Information about 2025 Benefit Plans

For 2025, CNO will not mail benefits guides to you. Instead, all relevant benefit information will be available on the 2025 Annual Benefits Enrollment microsite (not a part of Hoshonti). You will find:

Note: You should have received a postcard in the mail with key information and a QR code linking you to the microsite.

Do You Need to Re-enroll?

For 2025, if you don’t want to make changes to your existing plan, you will be automatically re-enrolled into the CNO insurance plan in which you currently participate. If, however, you currently participate in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or the Pet Partner’s Pet Insurance, you will be required to re-enroll to continue these benefits elections.

Note: Associates enrolled in Unum’s Whole Life Insurance do not have to re-enroll in that plan. If no changes are necessary, the plan will automatically carry forward into the new year.

Other Important Enrollment Information

  • Even if you don’t plan to re-enroll, you should review your current benefit elections carefully to ensure your coverage will meet your needs for 2025.
  • Plan information such as plan pricing and names have changed. Please review your current elections and ensure you are enrolled in the correct plan that meets your coverage needs for 2025.
    • Effective Jan. 1, 2025, the “Select Plan” will be referred to as “Base Plan” and the “Choice Plan” will be referred to as “Buy-Up Plan.”
  • It is recommended that you print a copy of your 2025 benefits elections (if newly enrolling or re-enrolling) for your records.
  • Managers: Please share this information with eligible associates who don’t have ready access to email.
