Get Your 2024 CNO W-2 Delivered Online

Associates who wish to receive their 2024 W-2 online and have not previously signed up for this delivery method, will be able to register with ADP (our electronic W-2 distribution vendor) beginning Dec. 23, 2024.

• Once registered with ADP, you will receive a notification via email when your W-2 is available to download (in early 2025).
• Use the job aid for additional information on how to register with ADP View Job Aid
• Note, associates who have registered with ADP in previous years to receive their CNO W-2 online, do not have to reregister. An associate only registers once with my.adp.com; associates then remain registered with ADP throughout their CNO tenure and after.

Additional Information

• As of this year, all associates whose preference in Hoshonti indicated both “Online” and “Paper” for their document delivery method, have now been updated to “Online” only.
• This means a paper form will not be mailed, and their W-2 will be available online with ADP.
• All associates whose preference in Hoshonti indicated “Paper” only will get their form mailed to them at their address on file in Hoshonti.
