Grow Your Career With Grow

Published on: January 13, 2025

Grow Coming Soon

The launch of Grow is five short weeks away! In this news article, the project team has outlined important information to prepare for Go-Live on Wednesday, Feb. 19, 2025. Please review this information and take action as needed. You will receive additional project information at launch—including what Grow can do for you, post Go-Live support, training details, and “Grow at CNO!” journey details.

What is Grow?

Grow is a career building platform within Hoshonti that utilizes system information to personalize each user’s experience. Grow connects each associate with professional development opportunities best suited to their current needs, interests, and desired position(s). This platform is designed for associates who want to move into a new role but are unsure where to begin. Grow will give associates the ability to identify and explore multiple career paths within the organization—including excelling in your current role, setting goals, tracking and monitoring your progress, and even creating your own learning guides to learning opportunities. This platform provides developmental insights, enabling you to make informed decisions for each steppingstone on your career path. Grow also recommends learnings offered by Learning & Development and in partnership with LinkedIn Learning. Courses may be conducted in-person, hybrid, or virtually.

Response to the VOA

Associates indicated a desire for the opportunity to learn and be supported in their growth. The Choctaw Nation will leverage advanced technology to bridge the knowledge gap for all associates, showing which steps can be taken to advance personally and professionally.

With Grow, Human Resources can identify qualified candidates for open positions, view rising talent, create talent pools, conduct succession planning, and expand learning offerings. Grow is a solution aimed at employee growth, retention, and job satisfaction.

When Will I Be Trained?

Based on feedback from initial users we are making upgrades to the Grow eLearning, to be released in the coming weeks. The eLearning, job aid, and the “Grow at CNO!” journey will provide you with step-by-step instructions to complete your profile upon Go-Live Feb. 19. In the interim, we know you are anxious to see what Grow has to offer. Please take a peek at the demo on the Grow Updates site: Hoshonti’s Grow Updates – Home

How Can I Get Involved?

Yakoke to all that have taken the past two Grow Pulse Surveys.

  • The first survey established a baseline for associate and leadership engagement, initiative awareness, and communication effectiveness.
  • The second survey enabled the project team to monitor project knowledge, hear how associates feel, and understand what information associates need.

The final survey deployed from Gallup on Tuesday, Jan. 14 and will close on Tuesday, Jan. 28.

  • This final survey will provide trends and an opportunity to address questions, feedback, and concerns before Go-Live.

Your open and honest feedback helps the project team prepare you to operate within Hoshonti Grow. Thank you in advance for taking the survey!
