Mandatory Anti-harassment Training for all associates now available
Published on: March 20, 2024
Everyone has the right to work in a safe environment, free from harassment. Our associates play a pivotal role in creating a respectful and inclusive atmosphere by removing harassment from the workplace. To ensure the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma (CNO) maintains a positive and safe work environment free of harassment and discrimination, CNO is providing associates with mandatory training. Together we can protect the associates and everyone in the workplace from harassment and keep CNO a wonderful place to work while we strengthen the organizational culture, provide positive empowerment, and increase compliance.
All associates are required to complete the “Workplace Harassment and Bullying: Managing Threats to a Respectful Work Culture” training which is available in the Hoshonti Learning Management System (LMS).
- The training can be accessed through Hoshonti.
- This training will take most associates approximately 11 minutes to complete.
- The deadline to complete this course is Dec. 31, 2024.
- Associates with log-in issues, system errors, or course/video freeze up concerns, should complete an Itapela ticket or contact the Information Technology help desk.
- For questions about LMS, email [email protected].
Yakoke for your commitment to a harassment-free workplace. We all contribute to helping CNO continue to be the “Employer of Choice” and attracting, retaining, and supporting professional growth to develop a diverse workforce focused on collaboration and contributing to the betterment of the Choctaw Nation and our local communities.
