The CNO Policy Oversight Committee (POC) is focused on keeping associates informed about new or updated policies/procedures from senior leaders, CNO HR, specific divisions and/or POC.
As part of its commitment to providing timely information, the POC is providing weekly updates to ensure associates are aware of any and all new processes, actions, or behaviors expected of them.
