Regulatory Safety and Health Conducting Safety Assessments of Confined Spaces

In support of the Choctaw Nation’s commitment to a safe workplace, the CNO Regulatory Safety and Health team is conducting in-person, focused assessments of confined spaces at several CNO facilities throughout the reservation.
As there are multiple confined spaces across CNO, this review may result in Regulatory Safety and Health team members appearing at your facility. If you have questions, please contact your designated Choctaw Nation Occupational Safety and Health (CNOSH) representative.
Important to note
Associates should never enter a confined space without an assessment of the space and approval to do so from a designated CNOSH associate.
