• If you do not have a mobile phone and desktop only just leave blank and type into desktop field.
• Type your desktop number if you have one, otherwise leave blank.
• If you want employer choice awards added to your signature click on the box.
• Once you fill out all of the fields, click on copy to clipboard and paste into your outlook signature.
