
Brandi D. Williams Named Senior Director of Commerce Operational Training

Executive Director of Learning and Organizational Development, Dara McCoy has announced that Brandi D. Williams is the new Senior Director of Commerce Operational Training for the Choctaw Nation.
“I am pleased to announce this important addition to the Learning and Development leadership team,” Dara says. “Brandi is an accomplished training leader in the gaming industry with a proven track record of successfully implementing strategic training and development plans for associates. I’m confident her expertise in designing inclusive learning solutions and focus on fostering dynamic workplace cultures that drive performance will impact the learning and development needs of our Commerce associates in a great way.”
With more than 15 years of experience, Brandi has held key leadership roles in training, diversity, and guest experience across major gaming enterprises. She arrives at CNO from the Foxwoods Resort Casino in Connecticut where she served for the past seven years as Director of Training and Diversity. Prior to this role, Brandi held leadership roles at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Florida (as Guest Relations Manager) and the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas (as Training Manager).
Brandi is a Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), Certified Professional, who holds both a doctorate and master’s degree in business administration as well as a master’s degree in technology management after graduating with her bachelor’s degree in computer information systems.
When not at work, Brandi loves exploring new places with her son, creating unforgettable adventures along the way.
