Every Voice Matters – Let Yours Be Heard!

The Choctaw Nation values your feedback, and we’re committed to acting on it. Last September, many of you participated in the annual Voice of Associate Survey, and your input has helped shape action plans within teams across our organization. Now, we want to check in and see how we’re doing.

This spring, we’re continuing our partnership with Gallup to bring you the Accountability Index Survey, a brief three-question survey open to all associates from now through April 28. This survey will measure our current state of accountability, helping us better understand engagement levels and create an even more supportive and effective workplace.

How to Participate

You can access the survey in one of two ways:

• Click the link sent to your email from Gallup. (Check your spam, junk, or other folders if you don’t see it.) Be assured that this email is not phishing.
• Visit Gallup Access (also available in Hoshonti). If prompted for a survey code, use your Kronos number to verify your employment.

From your initial feedback in the Voice of Associate Survey to the Action Plans developed by leadership, and now the Accountability Index Survey, we are listening and taking steps to make CNO an even better place to work as we strive to be the Employer of Choice.
