Labor Day Associate Access Point Badge

Associates working a shift must wear an orange access point badge for emergency reasons and for checking in and out during the Labor Day Festival.

If you have a badge from last year, you will not need to have another badge made unless the QR is defective or scratched.

For dates and locations to obtain a new/replacement badge please visit one of these locations. Please have your ID and Kronos number ready.

  • June 10 | Idabel Health Clinic |10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
  • June 12 | McAlester Health Clinic | 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
  • June 17 | Hugo Tribal Services | 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
  • June 19 | Broken Bow Community Center | 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
  • June 24 | Poteau Health Clinic | 10:30 a.m.- 12:30 p.m.
  • June 26 | Stigler Health Clinic | 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
  • June 27 | Talihina Health Care Center | 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
  • July 1 | Durant HQ | 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
  • July 14 | Early Childhood Pre-Service Event (Durant Casino) | 8 a.m. – 10 a.m.
