Associate Email Signature Updated to Include “Faith, Family, Culture”

The Associate Email Signature Generator has updated the “official” associate email signature. The new version of the “approved” email signature for associates now includes “Faith, Family, Culture” under the Choctaw Nation seal that is displayed next to your name, position, and contact information.

You can access the Associate Email Signature Generator via the Associate News site by:

1. Going to the “Resources” dropdown
2. Selecting “Signature”
3. Going to “Email Set-Up”
4. Clicking “Generate Now”

Once your information is added into the generator, a personalized signature with the Choctaw Nation seal that recognizes our vision of living out the Chahta Spirit of “Faith, Family, and Culture” will be ready to copy and use as part of your official and approved Choctaw Nation email signature.

The email signature generator is customizable, giving you the option to include CNO’s intended recipient disclaimer and/or Employer of Choice Awards, such as our most recent Forbes Best Large Employer Award, or a simpler approved signature that includes the Choctaw Nation seal and your contact information as part of your email signature. All associates are strongly encouraged to use this updated “Faith, Family, Culture” version of the “official” and “approved” email signature – available via the Associate Email Signature Generator on the Associate News site.
